Either players in the Turkish league are lacking a bit of pace in their legs or Lazar Markovic really is ridiculously quick.
During Fenerbahce’s 3-2 loss to Besiktas on Sunday, the Liverpool loanee tore through the middle of the park leaving several players in his wake, before making a square ball into the box that a team mate was a whisker away from applying a finishing touch.
Unfortunately for Markovic, his blistering run was to be his only highlight of the game after he was forced off in the 38th minute with an injury.
