Now in his retirement, Sir Alex Ferguson is keeping himself busy with the release of a new book. After his rather sensationalist kiss and tell biography released shortly after his retirement, this time round Fergie is releasing a more practical book about leadership, appropriately titled – Leading.
Above is a short extract from the book, in which Sir Alex talks about the virtue of discipline. Though he admits his need for discipline may have cost him a couple of titles here and there, he insists he wouldn’t change anything. Just what you would expect from the stubborn, disciplinarian.
