Liverpool under 18’s progressed to the next round of the FA youth cup last night thanks impart to a rather special goal from 16-year-old Ben Woodburn.
The Welshman Woodburn set Liverpool on their way to a 3-0 win over Cardiff with a majestic opener in the 17th minute. Collecting a diagonal long ball out from the back, Woodburn brings the ball under control with his chest before effortlessly lifting the ball over the advancing keeper.
