Jay Emmanuel-Thomas’ penalty run up still needs some work. The forward helped Bristol City to a 2-0 win at Scunthorpe with the above penalty conversion, but we believe he can shave a few mph off that run up.
His slow run up first came to our attention against Yeovil.
