After slumping to another defeat and coming under yet more pressure over his job, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho was bullish during his post match interview at the Britannia Stadium.
Speaking after his side were knocked out of the League Cup following Jack Butland’s superb save in the penalty shoot out, Mourinho insisted his situation was fantastic. “My general situation is fantastic. I have a day off tomorrow, fantastic family, I can sleep well every night.” Mourinho soothed through gritted teeth.
