Roy Keane has just raised the standard – or raised the bar – that all cross bar challenges should now be judged by.
During training for Ireland’s upcoming Euro qualifier against Germany and Poland, Keane pings his effort off the bar, then watches on as the ball rolls back to his feet without having to move an inch.
